"This is sold as giving more privacy...it doesn't. It's ok against an existing fence, but if you want to add extra height to a fence as we did, you can clearly see through it where there is nothing behind it. As we had this erected whilst we were away and a bit had been cut off to go around a tree branch, we could not return it. No joy from customer service, they said our pictures looked just like the one's on their website, which when I looked again they did, but I do not know how we didn't see these pictures before we purchased, as we would not have bought if we'd seen them. We looked several times to convince ourselves you could not see through it. We even bought the Premium Willow as we thought it would be even better thickness! So for us a complete waste of money"

"I wanted to give the willow fencing 5 stars but there are a few things that let it down. Starting with the good; great value for money, looks great, no broken or damaged willow, easy to fit (I attached mine to the fence with zip ties). The not so good; The willow is held together with galvanised wire (which is fine) but the wire is not ******* or finished at the ends of the rolls so the canes come out of the wire and you get a lot of sharp wire sticking out at each end of the screen. To get 5 stars I would like to see the ends of each roll properly tied off and finished. Given the great value of these screens I would even pay a bit more to have a properly finished roll. One more thing and this is not a complant and doesn't affect the overall score, there is not a consistent spacing between canes in the rolls, some areas are a little tighter that others and you get a mix of thicknesses of willow. All adds to the effect but if you want something to completely block out the neighbours then this won't do it."

"We hadden eerder eenzelfde scherm gkocht. Deze schermen (2 rollen) waren gemaakt van veel dunnere takken; niet enkele takkken uit de rol maar de gehele rol. Tussen de twee nieuwe rollen was er ook een duidelij verschil in dichtheid; gewoon dunner en doorzichtiger. Het ijzerwerk was prima in orde. "poor quality willows -some very thin i.e. matchstick diameter,and not well secured ,that is some came away from the roll as it was unrolled. The roll was very green(moist) and was difficult to trim. The binding wire was not very tight which gave rise to additional disconnection of the willows.the end of roll wires were not finished and gave rise to dangerous 'sharps'. I have previously purchased similar products from Primrose and was well impressed ,but this last item was dissappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone."

"Excellent product. Really pleased. Good height. Really easy to put up and attach to fencing or tree branches. We attached it to laurel hedging branches that have been radically pruned so hedge needs to grow back using string. It has perfectly hidden the horrendous 5ft neighbours fence as we have put it between the laurel and the fence. You can still see through it if no fencing behind it so doesn't create complete privacy but Does exactly what we wanted it to do. Would be great to cover up an old ugly fence and transform the look. Have ordered a second one now."

"Product as described although perhaps could have been outer wrapped/packaged a bit better as edges of willow sticks delicate and left exposed so mishandling could have easily damaged it."

"Goods were just ok thank you but it would be good to receive them in the same condition as when they were dispatched - it is a continuing problem with carrier drivers who could not care less as to how they treat their goods! These were damaged slightly but not bad enough to go through the hassle of returning."

"Thank you for your excellent service. I was informed when the Willow screening would be available and was sent to me as soon as it came in stock as promised. The Willow looks really good with a nice red colour and gives us a bit of privacy after attaching it to a existing chain link fence with wire ties."
