"The left hand glove will not switch off and there is some dodgy stitching on the thumb. The right hand glove switches itself off. Are these gloves real or fake because they are rubbish and if they are genuine then Warmawear have some real quality control issues. I am considering sending these defective items to Warmawear just to find out if they are genuine. What would you like me to do?"

"By supplying goods that actually do what they are supposed to do! The gloves were fitted with Panasonic Pro 9V batteries as recommended, and worked OK for about 20 minutes, then they switched themselves off. They would not then stay on when switched on again. They had to be left for a long while before they would switch on permanently, again for about 20mins. Faulty goods?"

"Primrose products usually always 5* but was very disappointed in these gloves. I have Raynaud and was quite looking forward to receiving these, they were a present from my husband. Gloves hardly warm up at all, give no more warmth than a standard pair of cheaper insulated gloves. Very clumsy, also difficult to drive in or get anything out of my bag/purse. Would not have minded that so much had they worked as advertised and kept my hands warm"
