"Since installing the spikes we haven’t seen the cat who treated our garden as it’s litter tray. Particularly impressed with the featherlight spikes, I hadn’t realised that they were available. They are held in place by 4 screws, 2 at each end, and are easily installed."

"1) The wedges of the product are not solid as described at the website, but hallowed. 2) The product is not flexible at all to fix at non-flat surfaces. It's very hard to curve the product in the width direction using the prepared bend-notches. It is flexible in the length direction. 3) When curving it a bit in width direction, using the prepared bend-notches and fixing it with screws, quite often the material cracks, at a random place, because the plastic material is really too solid and not easy to curve. 4) The length of the product is much to short (44,5 cm) to use at fences which normally requires long lengths. Would be better/easier/quicker if product would also be available in meter-lengths. 5) Finally, the product does not help at all keeping the cats away. They just don't care about the wedges."

"Leider lassen sich die Streifen trotz gegenteiler Beschreibung nicht biegen, auch nicht nach ausgiebigem Bad in kochendem Wasser, sie bleiben flach. Schade, ich wollte sie auf einem Rohr befestigen. Das wird noch schwieriger, weil die Löcher zum Befestigen so klein sind, dass z.B. kein Kabelbinder hindurchpasst, nur sehr kleine Schrauben. Sieht jetzt eben alles nicht toll aus und sitzt wackelig. Die sehr harten Spikes mögen die Katzen aber tatsächlich nicht."

"In de productomschrijving staat dat de anti-overklimstrips bestaan uit massieve punten maar dit klopt niet, ze zijn hol. De lengt van 45 cm is handig, zo passen er precies 4 in één schuttingdeel van 1,80 meter. Wel zijn ze zo smal dat je er meestal 2 naast elkaar zal moeten plaatsen."

"Ik woon op drie hoog en een van mijn poezen loopt graag over de balustrade van het balkon, waarbij ze aan de achterzijde via een smallere rand naar de buren kan ontsnappen. Om dat te voorkomen, heb ik deze strips op de balustrade bevestigd. Eerst een test gedaan op een klein deel van de 8 meter lange reling. De zeer ondernemende en onverschrokken dame heeft nog pogingen gedaan om er vanaf het niet afgedekte deel voorzichtig kruipend overheen te gaan en haar tenen zorgvuldig tussen de spikes te zetten, maar uiteindelijk blijkt ze de strips toch te onaangenaam te vinden. Zelfs een verleidelijk kattensnoepje dat ik als test tussen de spikes had gelegd, vond ze uiteindelijk niet bereikbaar. De strips lijken tot nu toe dus hun werk te doen voor mijn situatie en ik heb dan ook bijbesteld voor de hele balustrade."

"Hele mooie prijs. Ik heb het product op de bovenbuis van het hekwerk gemonteerd. Het materiaal heb ik eerst warm staan föhnen zodat deze goed aansluit op de ronde buis. Met stevige tie-wraps vast gemaakt. Mijn katten klimmen er niet meer overheen. Ik ben zeer teverden."
