"I purchased dog rocks some months ago from another supplier - they worked very well. The three sets I purchased from Primrose do not seem the same although they are in the correct bags. There are patches all over my lawn - they have not worked this time. Could you inform as to why. I assume they are original - although one of the bags was split on arrival. I wasn't worried initially but they do not seem the same quality as my original ones from another supplier. You want an honest opinion and this is mine. Thank you - any comments?"

"The product does work. However they do need changing every 2 months so as I have 2 water bowls it does work out quite expensive. Also if the dogs drink straight from a newly filled bowl they haven't had time to alter the mineral content of the water. the lawn is looking better but is not perfect."

"I was impressed by the speed of the delivery of the Dog Rocks recently ordered. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the product yet (I understand it can take around 5 weeks for this to work for my dog's pee to stop giving me brown patches on the lawn) but fingers crossed it will work. "My husband has just remarked today that we have no brown patches anywhere on our lawns which is brilliant. We have tried other products but they have not worked very well and were more expensive. Thank you we will be ordering again as and when necessary Mary Emsley"
