"Just had the one problem which was a stripped bolt on one of the legs, otherwise its fine. The leg was replaced within a few days. Good service."

"The instructions were a copied version which were hard to read in places. Assembly was a bit tricky because the diagrams are so small. Lessons could be learnt from IKEA! The grille hinge is a bit flimsy but once shimmed with a few extra nuts it works OK. The paint stoves during the first use and gives off vapour but this soon clears. Apart from the hinge the chimenea is well made and finished and looks good. We like it. We bought a made-to-fit waterproof cover also made by La Hacienda too - good quality and just the job."
