"Produit fait à la va vite, très vite même. Joints qui laisse passer l'air d'où achat d'un mastic à passer partout afin que l'objet soit calorifère ! En ce qui concerne notre objet, la porte frontale( oblonge) ne se ferme pas car elle ne se trouve pas en face du loquet de fixation Trous, vis, boulons rien ne va. Il faut tout reprendre quand on le peux ! Finition très médiocres dommage."

"Quality of the 'bowl' is good, but the chimney has been made of galvanised ductwork. Which for the cost is very poor. Wish I had have purchased from a local Garden centre as quality seems to be much better on investigation since purchasing the chiminea"

"Unfortunatley the product was defected and not as sturdy as were hoping. However, customer service was very good and we have ordered a different chimenea and paid the difference in price with the original."
