"Wij wonen in een buurt waar ontzettend veel poezen voorkomen. En ja, er lopen nog steeds katten in onze tuin... Maar ze voelen zich duidelijk minder op hun gemak dan voorheen. We begonnen met 2 toestelletjes, maar we bestelden er intussen al bij. Een nadeel is dat ze echt wel veel zonlicht nodig hebben om effectief te kunnen werken. Katten kiezen echter meestal weggetjes tussen struiken waar minder zonlicht valt. Bovendien duurt het vrij lang vooraleer de verjagers de 'geluidsflits' vrijgeven; intussen is de poes al lang voorbij gewandeld..."

Sindsdien heb ik geen katten meer gezien in de buurt van het toestelletje. Tot nu toe lijkt de katten-verjager dus te doen wat het moet doen. Echter, ik kan het enkel in het weekend echt controleren want in de week ben ik overdag op het werk... Misschien is het dus nog iets te vroeg om victorie te kraaien?"

"j'ai installé 2 appareils sur un potager de 10mx10m. Après 8 jours d'utilisation, j'ai relevé 1 fois les déjections d'un chat alors qu' auparavant c'était tous les jours les déjections de plusieurs chats ainsi que les "cratères" creusés par certains d'entre-eux. J'ai également relevés quelques traces de passages, mais leurs auteurs ne semblent pas s'attarder sur les lieux. Donc, à piori produit convaincant."

"We have been pestered by two cats coming in to kill birds so I ordered these machines. They were very easy to set up and the red warning light worked immediately. I ordered two and placed them strategically around entry points for cats. Since installing (several weeks) my wife has reported one cat intrusion but no more. Unfortunately the weather has been bad so I cannot say categorically that the devices are keeping the cats out. This may take a longer run to confirm. Suggest you contact me again in several months for an update."

"Seems to be doing the trick. We all hear the "scare" sound as a quiet hiss. Who knows what my neighbour's cat hears but we don't see him anymore. The unit is still charged in the morning even days of no sun and record breaking rain. It's cute too - like Johnny 5 from Short Circuit!"

"We bought two of these Solar Cat Scarers to cover two garden fences broken down, dug under and invaded not just by cats but Badgers digging up the lawn and messing in the holes. It seems to work for us. One was ignored at first but now several weeks have passed without mess. Will be buying more to cover more areas."

"Certainly seems to be doing wonders about the 'infernal night-time cat menace' as promised - hopefully they are doing their 'business' now on their owners properties. Just one small niggle was the expectation about the device being fitted with "rechargeable AA batteries" but the battery pack looks more like a Li-Ion sealed multi cell unit. Nothing wrong with this but a dark winter might see the power fail through lack of sunlight and AA rechargeables might have been an advantage."
