"Get yer tools out... It works fine once fitted. Now that the weather has finally turned warmer it opens and closes by itself like magic. But it didn't fit my Lacewing greenhouse - not even close! To attach it to the frame I had to fashion a bracket from some spare metal I had in my garage. I did not want to start drilling and cutting the window so ended up using strong Epoxy resin glue. It is held on quite sturdy so will see how long that holds..."

"J'habite dans le midi et l'été les 2 ouvertures ne sont pas suffisantes, meme porte ouverte la température monte jusqu'a 48°. Du coup je vais la tester en sauna :-)"

"The fixing brackets are useless, the bolts supplied where not the same diameter as the drilled holes and the brackets didn't fit anywhere anyway. I had to re-drill the window to fit the unit with self tappers as the hole centres were not the same. But once fitted the unit works well."

"Would have been excellent but there was a small component missing from the package. I was able to use a split pin to serve the role of a small pin that should have been in the package to link the piston arm to the window linkage."
