"The feature works well and comes up to expectations. It took some time to assemble and the instructions provided were unclear. They should be rewritten with clearer step by step illustrations. The electrical safety of the mains voltage submersible pump is a concern, Could this become unsafe if the water seals deteriorate over time? Can't find anything to confirm that the installation conforms to mandatory standards."

"As these were recommended by Primrose for use in water features, thought it was best to buy for use in my newly bought water feature. If it works as stated, it should ensure the water remains clean and clear and the feature in its best condition, thereby prolonging its life. No brainer really!"

"The product to keep water feature clear of algae is very efficient, it cleaned and cleared the water within 24 hours of use. I cannot comment on the other product yet as it is designed to stop the water freezing and we've not had cold enough weather yet to know if this works as described, but I don't expect any problems."

However, disappointed that we had to drill holes in the triangular base of the tubes and into the reservoir lid as there were no predrilled holes to align to enable you to fix it all together. "I might say excellent in due course. Have only dosed it once without problems. I wish the website had suggested I should buy it at the same time as I purchased the fountain or else included a leaflet about it with the purchase.
