"Had to order a 6ft high one as smaller ones out of stock & wanted one quickly to finish project. Liked the hurdle and was able to cut it down to size with loppers and bunch up the weave a bit to minimise how much of the woven withies we had to lose in height. Looks really nice in situ. Now let's see how it survives the winter!"

"Unfortunately, whilst the panels are 6ft wide at the bottoms, the tops vary. 5 panels are 3.5 inches short and one is 4.5 inches short. This is proving extremely difficult for our fitter to line the tops up with the posts. We would welcome your comments."

"Primrose are a great company who offer a good customer service. The willow panels are strong and well made. There is a natural variance in colour and size of willow stems but this adds to the 'rustic' look. I love the look of the finished fence which joins a wooded area. I feel this was a reasonably priced alternative to regular fencing. Will shop with Primrose again. "

"The bunch weave willow panels are very sub-standard compared to the batch I ordered at a similar time last year. Wonky, full of gaps and not very well designed. I would have sent them back but your insistence on using a courier service who still seem unable to follow instructions (request Fri delivery but turns up Thurs? How does that work?) meant I didn't want to push my luck and arrange replacements. 12 months ago the same delivery company managed to insult my neighbours and leave my panels half way down the road... Sorry Primrose. I had high hopes but I can only say I'm just glad to get the job finished."

"Two of the panels had been damaged in carriage to a point where some of the willow had been broken or lost in transit, some resetting has filled the gaps for the most part. With it being a bank holiday weekend I had hoped it would have been delivered but it got as far as Coventry at 06.46 on the Thursday but no further. Your offices were closed all weekend so I could not check otherwise The fence looks good now it is up but I have to say I am disappointed with the quality compared to the ones we had before that were better made. "Ordered 7 willow panels excellent quality Ordered another 2 panels different colour to original panels. Ordered another 5 Panels requested that they were the same as the 1st 7. 3 of the panels were same as 1st delivery 1panel slightly damaged and 1 panel totally scuffed up all over. I did not want to put poor rating but as I have paid a lot of money for these panels and 3 lots of delivery for panels that are £50+ each they should have been protected. I will not be ordering any more"

"Good points: Easy to use web site, delivery was very cheap and it turned up very quickly. Bad Points: Delivery instruction box was very small and when I checked with the courier he wasn't sent them anyway! Good job I happended to be at home. 6 out of the 8 panels were fine but 2 were not in great condition. And maybe they are a little pricey! "
