"It is a case of "you get what you pay for" which is quite wrong. I expect a well made product no matter what it cost. This was a shabbily made product. The dowel holes were in the wrong place for the dowels and my husband had to buy brackets to use to fix it together. The quality of the wood used is very poor with splits in it and one small area was broken wood. I should have returned it, but couldn't face the hassle."

"Instructions not that clear and some of the pre-drilled holes were missing as mentioned by other purchasers. Wood frame is not that good a quality and after only a month, the lid has started to warp - the front edge now has a definite curve and there is a gap about an inch. If I hadn't bought it at the reduced price, I would have sent it back. Other purchases from Primrose have been excellent."

"Produit pas du tout sembable à la photo, bois de médiocre qualité, couleure très laide, morceaux de bois qui tombent seuls ou se fend, il faut manipuler l'objet avec beaucoup de précautions pour ne pas le casser et vitres en polycarbonate doublé que sur les côtés mais pas sur le dessus du meuble (dommage pour l'isolation). Au final j'ai eu l'impression de faire une bonne affaire mais 100€ reste cher pour un produit de cette qualité."

"Although I have indicated poor, it's ok. Reason being we had to drill holes to connect the 2 sides to the back of the frame as the corresponding holes to lugs didn't match."

"Very disappointed - the advert was very misleading. I had previously bought the cold frame at the full price and seeing it reduced by £30 as a special offer- I jumped at the chance to buy a second one. However, when erected it was a very cheap version made in China. I would never had paid the full price for this one. I will be vary wary of your "special offers" in future!"

"ccarton abîmé à la livraison, paroie plastique abîmé, montage simple mais je vais être obligé de la démonter car les traverses on mal été assemblées à la fabrication, les lisses passe au dessus de leurs emplacements... bref pour le prix et la finition j'ai peur qu'elle ne fasse pas 3 saisons... si vous souhaitez des photos, n'hésitez pas à me demander."
