"Good item does exactly what they are supposed to, 2 points to add leave the out side for a couple of weeks to weather them ,and the retaining hook needs a little bend to help with holding ,don't be put off thinking you have too set them extremely sensitive as moles are use to pushing stones etc away they will set the trap off no problems. "

"Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the service by your company. Our orginal order for 10 mole traps arrived the next day, but they couldn't be opened as the springs were too tight. Call you to explain and without hestition, staff (Andy i think) said not to worry and sent another type out. These arrived the next day. Just excellent customer service. PS. We caught one mole with the first delivery and ordered another 10. In a week we have caught 3 and now had the first molehill free (now 3) in 2 years. Thank you, Ian rodger"

"Excellent service and delivery time. Mole traps were very reasonably priced. I had a little problem setting the traps. As they were new and shiney, the retaining hook kept slipping, but this was easily overcome by bending the hook slightly."
