"I've now fitted the new pump and it's working fine but my advice to all purchasers is to keep the receipt and guarantee because these pumps don't last. I have had two only last one year so it's good that Primrose guarantee for two years because they will replace them under warranty."

"On buying this product I thought I was buying a good quality product but as per the nom when it arrived and inspected it is made just like the cheaper Chinese one I am replacing so I could have purchased it a lot cheaper of E bay disappointed that it comes with no plug I thought all electrical goods these days had to be fitted with a sealed plug now. Hey ho at least my wife is happy her water feature is now working again"

"I used the pump to partly empty my garden pond. It ran smoothly and didn't seem to be bothered by the small bits of bottom rubbish passing through it. The filter clogged a few times with bigger pieces of debris but that is what it is there for so I don't have a problem with that. An excellent little pump that will probably give me good service for many years."

"I have just started to install the pump and was surprised that is was mains powered as against 12v which is what asked for in my original enquiry. I have not fitted the pump and wondered if it could be changed for a 12v pump. We have children and I have never been comfortable with 240v pumps as the one you supplied. The make and design are exactly what we want its just the voltage. If you could get back to me that would be great. Kind Regards David Halsall "

"This pump was purchased in order to replace a 600lph pump in a barrel water feature. The original spindle had worn into the plastic housing allowing the impeller to jam against the housing. The replacement is giving an enormous improvement in flow rate so I am very pleased with it. I recently purchased a remote control awning from you and find this very impressive. I shall certainly order from you in the future."
