"this item came in 2 parts, it looks very uncomfortable as the top part bent forward quite a lot when assembled. everyone ask me why that is, be it a product fault or just that I am unlucky.......would like a feedback from primrose."

"VERY POOR. SCREW HOLES WERE POORLY ALIGNED AND STRIPPED SCREWS ON INSERTION. THE HIGH BRACKET COULD NOT BE TIGHTENED AND DROOPED."

"The base of the unit was at an angle and no matter how I tried to fix the back of the umbrella stand it leant forward at an agle of about 30 degrees. Would really like another but did not order because I do not trust that this won't happen again."

"i didn\'t open the package straightaway when it was delivered. When I did get round to opening it, unfortunately the cast iron umbrella stand was damaged. Not sure the name of the part, but it\'s the semi-circular retaining bar. Can you get in touch please and let me know whether you can replace that particular part or whether you want me to return the whole thing. "
