"I left 2 of these out for 4 days in an area where I had seen the mouse run previously but it didn't seem to be interested. Fortunately, I had bought the PestBye advanced repeller at the same time and after about 1 week, I have not seen any more evidence of the pesky mouse!"

"Been in use now for a couple of weeks. Bought after reading previous positive reviews with 'multiple catches', but pardon the pun 'not a sniff'. I have previous pest control training/experience so know where to locate, and where to place traps but these have been no use whatsoever...prefer conventional traps."

"At first I thought the traps were too small to hold a mouse. Also after the first 2 nights the traps were found closed but nothing inside. The 3rd night I used a peanut dropped into each trap and that proved the ticket - one mouse caught and he was in excellent condition as well. We were able to safely release him in the park, much to my daughter's delight. Brilliant simple product and great value for money!"

"Am afraid our mouse must be feather weight. He or she comes in and our collects the bait, or anything else we put in, takes it and the door is not activated. We wait with baited breath for the mouse to put on weight, and then be caught and released into the garden!"

"Good design generally and easy to set up, but unfortunately since we've installed the traps the mouse/ mice was never to be seen again, so wasn't able to test the efficiency of the traps properly. Will keep them for future use if need be."

"I recently ordered a few humane mouse traps. And I have to say... what a success!!! I managed to catch 3 little house guests in the first 2 weeks of setting them! Brilliant result, with very little hassle. I would definetly recommend these traps to anyone!"

"this item was a complete waste of money. The mouse was indeed caught in the trap but then chewed right through the plastic of the trap escaping out the back through the hole it created. just not up tothe job. I would NOT recommend them. Bought spring loaded ones from rentokil instead and the mouse has been despatched."

"A problem arose,not from the product, but the ordering process. On selecting pay by American Express, I was transfered to the Pay Pal site. due to my experience in the past with their dubious dealings with me (it took American Express to repay my money), I cancelled and had to payby an alternative and less reliable credit card. Although the site confirmed that the Pay Pal order had been cancelled, I still received two pairs of the humane mouse trap. This is not an acceptable method of extracting double the money from customers. I would advise your customers to ensure that they do not inadvertently order by Pay Pal, otherwise, like me, they may well be charged twice! Derek W Wright Chartered MCIPD."

"We caught two little mice quite quickly. Once we forgot to close the trap at nigt, but the mouse - that must have been trapped some time - was alive and happy when we released it. So they work very well."

"In principle, the traps are just what I was looking for, humane, yet (so far only in principle) effective. However, either our mice are far too clever to fall victim, or their customary routine has not been sufficiently disturbed to cause them to try something new. Both traps are manned and set in different places, and we look forward to seeing a tail hanging out of a closed trap."

"unfortunately, have not been impressed with these traps. often we would find that trap was triggered, but was empty - including bait. saying that, however, we did manage to catch 2 mice - only because we saw them go in and held traps closed ourselves. we came to the conclusion that mice were too big and trap wasn't shut properly, hence they were getting away."

"I was impressed at how quickly my order arrived (next day). It was packed in a small enough package to fit through my letter box. I cannot say how effective the mouse-trap is, as yet I have not had to use it, but the instruction for use are clear and easy to follow.
