"First time to purchase screening. Prices vary so much Primrose was the cheapest and it will work pefectly for what I need. It is reed, not willow or cane so will need supporting but was ideal for my job."

"The product is good for the job it was bought for, covering a chain link fence on my driveway. It is a little see through and the reed varied in places. I am not sure how it will fair over the years. It does the job."

"Delivery was poor - Primrose at first maintained that it had been delivered but upon speaking to customer services they did act speedily and we finally received the goods within 24 hours. On a positive note they even let us know to within an hour at what time of day delivery would be - a very pleasing touch."

"The delivery was amazingly prompt-- within 20hrs probably. The packaging was damaged though and I was worried it would be well received inreturn of post but I sent it back more securely than receiving it. It cost me £12.50 to return. The actual product was a lot cheaper at a local garden centre, but I chose the Bamboo cane screening, which I thought would be more dense. I landed -up buying the reed from the local garden centre as well and used the two together!! so its cost me a lot more money, but is now more dense and quite pleased with it. ( its a pity that the local Brackmill centre only delivers as I could have saved myself £12.50 by taking it 5miles) --ah well! -some you win and some you loose. I will add that the email staff were very pleasant prompt and professional--I would definately recomend "PRIMROSE" FOR SURE! Thankyou very much. Mrs. Heather D. Evans"
