"Je ne vais pas critiquer la marchandise, comme vous dites c'est en fonte et la fonte c'est fragile et elle n'accepte pas des chocs, heureusement je suis bien outillé, et resoudé les 2 grilles qui étaient désoudées, en plus j'ai dut peinturer tout le bain d'oiseau.....Vous m'avez demandé mon avis et bien je vous le donne, Mes Salutations"

"The birdbath was smaller than I expected both in terms of overall height and width of bowl. However I was pleased with the shallowish of it as I didnt want a deepish bowl to put off the small birds such as robins and bluetits. It has its pride of place in the middle of my lawn."

"i like both the stlye and design however the bird bath bowl is not every big and therefore does not hold very much water, if it was just double the size it would be prefect, so it does not do what it should do ie give garden birds a bath or all the water they need. i purchased this as a disabled person wanting something that was easy to clean but i did not think i would have to fill it up every day as is only holds about 1/4 of a watering can. my old birdbath took a whole can to fill up. so over all they have just gone for looks over purpose. "

"The items I have bought from you recently were christmas presents. Although I requested delivery on particular dates, this was not done. There seems to be difficulty in delivering an item to one address and billing to another! I tried via ther website and by telephone but it didn't make any difference - it was still delivered too early. Whilst I like the items you sell, I would consider buying elsewhere if this cannot be sorted out. "

"I was very pleased with the cast iron bird bath purchased through Primrose. The quality of the product was very fair for the price and it looks lovely in my elderly parents garden and watching the birds drinking and splashing is giving them much pleasure. The service provided by primrose was exceptional. I ordered it late morning on the internet and it arrived, as promised, the following day."
