"Fills a need as main pump has failed and I am in the middle of building a new pond so don't want to get an electrician in yet. I will be able to move this to the temporary pond whilst I finish the work."

"I love the way it spouts the water but what a shame the solar panel isn't chargeable. The sound of the water is so relaxing but will only work in direct sunlight so I assume there won't be many days it will be working. It as described and I love it"

"This is solar powered so will ONLY work when the sun is out, but when it does it is quite effective. I purchased a brightly patterned bowl and it is in my conservatory."

"Needs full sunlight to work, but in the sun it works very well. Birds are often caught in the small pond trying to get under the water fountain!"

"Easy to set up and is perfect for our little wildlife barrel pond, aerating the water when the sun is out. It does need direct sunlight (not even a little cloud) to hit the solar panel in order to work."

"Good for the price and gives us a small water feature at the bottom of the garden where there is no electricity. But only works well in strong sunlight - as soon as it becomes even slightly cloudy or dull it stops working."

"Ideal for my needs, would be better if solar panel held a certain amount of charge for when the clouds come over and for early evening when sitting outside so you could enjoy the water sounds. Overall does what it says!"

"The product does work very well, But only when the sun is totally uncovered. Any, and I mean any cloud cover or even if you walk in front of it, it stops. So if you want a full time fountain either spend a lot more money on something with a bigger solar panel or go mains powered."

"I bought this on offer as I didn't want to spend much. Perfect for a little spout of water trickling over stones in a Belfast sink pond. It does only work in full sun as others have said. Get a more powerful one for anything bigger."
